Judo - Hungary beats Japan Budapest, November 3 (MTI) - The national judo teams of Hungary and Japan met in Budapest on Friday evening for the first Sasaki Cup to mark the centenary of the introduction of that branch of sport in Hungary.The Hungarian team won both rounds by a margin of 3:2; its overall score was 6:4. The tournament was dedicated to the memory of Sasaki Kichisaburo, an eminent judo master who brought a batch of tatami mats to Hungary, trained 150 local youngsters in this martial art and wrote a book entitled Djudo here one hundred years ago.
