30 states to attend Judo Cup[ 02 Oct 2007 18:19 ]
The number of the states, to participate in the World Judo Cup in the Sport-Concert Complex in Baku on October 13 and 14, has increased. The more 7 countries - Austria, Hungary , Lithuania, Great Britain , Ukraine, Italy and Kazakhstan have confirmed their participation in the tournament as well as Azerbaijan , Slovenia, Chernogoriya, Iran, Estonia, Portugal, Poland, Moldova, Bulgaria, Belgium, Germany, Turkey, Holland , Israel, Finland , Switzerland, Sweden, Croatia, Latvia, France Norway, Slovakia and Russia.
Serbia, Romania, Greece and Georgia sent application to participate in the tournament.The World Judo Cup in Azerbaijan will be the latest qualified championship of this year. The successful judo wrestlers will gain licence balls. According to the regulations the winners of the first 16 places will gain licence balls. Only the top 16 sportsmen will gain licence balls.
