28.09.2007 18:08:09Azerbaijani Judo Wrestler May Win Bronze Medal in World Super Cup Competition Netherlands, Rotterdam / Тrend corr Z. Safarov / Azerbaijani judo wrestler, Kifayat Gasimova (57kg), may win a bronze medal in the World Super Cup Competition ongoing in Rotterdam.
In first round she beat Italian Rozalba Farchiniti and is expected to have the next round with Netherlands’ Dani Lissabon. In case Gasimova wins she will take the 3rd place in the competition.
Azerbaijani Ramil Gasimov also performed well. He beat Hungarian Shandor Tarab in the first round. Now he is expected to combat with French Benjamin Dembele.
It is worth attention that Azerbaijani Elchin Ismayilov (66kg) also may take the 3rd place in the competition.
