Martial arts Super Fest coming Saturday
Performances of katas, stunts, weapons, board and brick breaking, as well as comedy, extreme martial art skills and more will be the order of the day as the Ventura County Chapter of Masters and Martial Artists host the 2006 Martial Arts Super Fest and Stunt Show. The event will be presented from 2 to 5 p.m. Sat., May 6 at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd.
On hand will be television and movie personalities, students and special guest performers. Mark Wolfe will serve as master of ceremonies. Performances will include Shaolin Kung Fu, karate, Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Judo, Tang Soo Do, movie stunt teams, live demonstration teams and more.
