EJU president Marius Vizer has demanded the popular Judo website http://www.judoinside.com/uk/www.ippon.org To stop the internet reports of European Judo events at their website. The German initiative by Matthias Fischer has grown to a very successful project over the years and reached ten thousands of visitors during events every week.
This popularity has drawn interest from IJF president Park who asked the Germans to cover world wide events as well. .
Vizer, who wants to be voted as new president at the elections this years has Forced ippon.org to stop reporting from European tournaments.
http://www.ippon.org/ is a privat initiative and has stopped immediately for now with their coverage. But the story will not end here with the function as IJF president as story behind.
