Poetry Book authored by Austin D'Souza Prabhu to be released

Mangalore, February 5, 2008: "Mothiyam" (Pearls) a collection of short Konkani poems (chutuks) and words of wisdom written by Austin D'Souza Prabhu, Chicago will be released on 10th February at 2:00 P.M at Pastoral Institute, Bajjodi, Mangalore at a program of Catholic Sabha Central Commitee. The book will be released by Mr. Lancy D'Cunha, the President of the Catholic Sabha. Austin D'Souza Prabhu is one of the founders of Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh and was the first Vice President. This book is published by Dr. Gerald Pinto through his publication "Divya Deepa." Fr. Mark Valder, Ex Editor of Raknno Weekly Mangalore Diocesan Konkani Newsmagazine has written foreword for the book. The book contains about 800 chutuks, which stem from the vast experience from the author which can be used in speeches and sermons. All the sale proceedings of this book will go to Manasa Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Pamboor for the mentally challenged children. This is the seventh publication of Divya Deepa publications and the fourth book by Austin D'Souza Prabhu.
